Increased corrisponance via ingame mail

Suggestion of increased mail to the community in regards to bugs that are causing issues with game play. Ie: recent chat bug. A letter could have been drafted and sent to everyone informing them of the bug related issue, and saved alot of people from getting the bug and then posting on forums complaining about it. A letter is quick to write compared to fixing the bug. Keep the mass's informed you keep them happy.

Agreed. Its not as much as the bug itself but the fact most people leave chat before commanding and the troops they loose.
So making awareness would make it be their fault for forgetting, and liability is not on Haypi.

I think Resista you haven't grasped the topic. I suggesting that of an issue such as the ISO4.1 bug with Haypi Private Message. When this was discovered and raised to support, a letter could of been sent to everyone saying that there is an issue. Not every player scrolls thru every forum sub section everyday to see that certain bugs will effect their game play. I'm only using this PM bug as an example as there are certainly other examples that the creators of haypi are made aware of that could be passed onto the community on a simple letter, stating that unfortunately we are having tempory issues which such and such and please avoid doing such and such until we have repairs/fixed the issue.
