No it would take up more memory and isn't needed just use mail or pm or wc

Ok then. How about around rank 50 and better alliances? Think about how easy it would be to contact leaders!

Leaders don't play 24/7 like their Prestige gainers and shut ins. Mailing is better, and you don't have to announce to the entire world dragons made peace with KKK.

Don't add the system your proposing in. It takes upnmore memory and potentially bring bugs . Just use the adequet system we har at the moment
