Sub cities + chat

I think Haypi should introduce a new function regarding sub cities. I believe that when you takes someones sub, you can get the option to take it for yourself or burn it to the ground. This would free up a lot of space because the higher level innactives could be reduced to their main city instead of lots of small cities that aren't of any use to anybody.
I'm happy for people to expand on this idea if the wish or dismiss it completely =P

On a different note, I think something should be done about the 15 second chat rule. I think there should be 3 separate timers, one for each section because I find it really annoying trying to have a chat in wc, ac and sometimes even pc, and having to wait ages to reply to a message. I know this wouldn't be a problem if I had VIP but I'm spending my coins on upgrading resources and they take priority in my opinion.

I agree! And if you already have as many cities as you can get it should automatically be burnt to the ground! It would be a good way of clearing the map! Also you should gaiin prestige for taking it over or for burning it to the ground! Probably more for taking it over!

but imagine how annoyed you would get if say you had a 20 crop city get burnt down... :/

I know but that would kinda teach you to keep one city free! It would kinda mean would need to be able to resign cities like you can with oasises!

Both ideas are illogical.

1) People put coins (this sometimes means money) into sub cities. Haypi will not give non paying players a way to cripple paying players.

2) The whole purpose of the 15 second chat limit is to make you annoyed enough to buy VIP. Taking it off of alliance and private chat results in a loss of income for Haypi.

If Haypi were to implement a razing option, most of the top players would probably quit.
I know I'd be pretty ticked at a game that I could put money into only to have some low level person come and raze it to the ground without even giving me a chance to recapture the city.
And if the chat delay annoys you, buy VIP.

technically its 45 seconds. personally i believe maybe private chat can be unlimited but not alilance and world chat.

it makes people who want to spam etc. actually have to wait and makes them stressed enough to stop

Yeah pm shouldn't have a timer atleast. Wc and AC should lol. I'm on 2 hours left of VIP and I am just dreading the wait. Every minute hurts >.<
