Reports as proof

I often need to justify an attack to a leader of another alliance sharing a screenshot of the report saying: «Look at this war report: your member had troops in the city!».
I’d like to have the ability to send a link to an official report on the Haypi server (like for alliance maps), where anybody who receive the link can see the date and time and the entire report.
(My last 300 images on iPhone are Haypi screenshots )
In the report page there could be 2 buttons: copy url and send the report. Each report could cost something like 100 Haypi $, not more.

Could be usful for the Best War Report Competition too.
