delete inactive player

we have to delete inactive player because they only occupy spacesssssss when someone should create a new account in that server

I believe Haypi are working on it and have made a new system (Ha_####) to stop spam inactive accounts. but it is hard, because if people spend £500 and then have their account deleted people wont enjoy it.
