a little bit of everything

this is going to contain many things and most of you probably dont wanna read this but please do:)

Forum- as it was said awhile back in a letter that haypi has been made under a new investor, and that "it" (the investor) thought that the forum was sloppy and needed changes. i would just like to ask when these changes are going to happen. i havent seen any changes other than the slight color difference for experts, and the removal of head moderator (which lets not elaborate on)
i think the forum needs a real revamp, showing us a real legend for experts as i dont think it fair that we cant see who are experts, etc. i believe also that on user profile it should show what server someone is from so that you can find people from your server

Experts- this title is an honor to some and just 10 coins a day for others. we all know almost everyone wants this legendary title, but most are doing it for the wrong reason:(. but i also see the need to reward your experts for the immaturity they put up with on a day to day basis. i believe that 1 when you start a new server that you should consult your mods andexperts from EVERY server asking for people they find suited for expert. (this is not to hard to do as i know you have a pal group . doing this can limit the amount of servers people have expert on. and also can give people in server 1 who deserve the title the privilege of getting it. along with this i believe global mods should have an expert account on every server or haypi should make an account on every server named Mod1-## of servers. which has the tag mod and has the ability to mute. this makes it so that if i.e. shade is asleep and is theo nly server 23 expert i can tell rico and he can hop on mod23 and mute someone and it be anonymous so that the muted person cant go send hate mail ot this person>.>

Support- idk if haypi has thought about this but i believe you should hire an american support staff. i find myself staying up to 2am just to speak with support about very important issues. i know the company is based in Asia i believe an American Support STaff would benefit the company greatfully. i know support staff has been growing rapidly with the addition of 2 new supports but i believe a station in america would help keep everyone connected. also this allows players to be seen by support without needing to stay up till 2am. (yes i know support is very busy, just prooves my point more)

Communication- why has their been no statement from support or ADMIN about the status of PvP. if i am not wrong you are stating that i should spend my hard earned money on your game to win an iPad or iPhone when i dont even know if the PvP will work the next day? i hope your kidding>.> their needs to be an official statment soon and fast

The Truth- i and i am sure plenty of others want to know who this investor is, what is this investor planning on doing to haypi kingdom. i understand some things must be kept private but why not be more out and open with us. such as the s1-4 merge why have we not been notified about this? is it true or not true.

now support you know i dont got anything on you as we do speak on a regular basis but this is a suggestion i have for you thanks!

Support - While I would love to see American tech support, it isn't really feasible unless you are a large company. The government has a heavy hand in business affairs which can drastically affect the way a business conducts itself. While I'm not trying to be political here, unfortunately it is often easier to work outside the US rather than in it.

Truth - It would be nice to know who the invesetor is, however I don't think it would make much of a difference between knowing and not knowing. If the investor is good, then they would focus on developing a more robust and intriguing game, however I don't believe the new investor is of that type. PVP competitions are now held every couple weeks instead of every couple months and new servers are constantly being added, this shows a focus on profits rather than the game play.

Experts do need more rewards... It's starting to not be worth playing the game every day. When I get is all 10 coins. I think there needs to be a seniority system in haypi. Senior experts.. Newbie experts, etc. Support also needs to get involved. I'm not bashing support, but I've notified you many times about more experts, and not once have I seen any actions taken. 3 experts is not gonna cut it.

I don't want to read it all lol so I'm gonna read one part then wait a hour then do it again cause I enjoy my Time away from school

Forum-- We are making improvements but things need to be done step by step. We will select more mods in the forum from excellent experts in the future to manage the forum altogether.

Support--Personally I believe as long as you enjoy the meal, it doesnot really matter where the cook comes from. If you have any suggestions on how support needs to be more helpful, please feel free to contact us.

PVP--We are sorry for what has happened, and we have worked really hard to compensate who has suffered a loss during the breakdown. We will try our best not to let this happen again.
