Leader and Vices only Letter

Being a leader(vice or Creator) in most alliances i've been in, I would find it useful to be able to send alliance letters to just the other leaders.

I like the idea, there have been times when things like his would be useful rather than copy and pasting the letter several times .

It's only 5 other people max. Just copy it 5 other times. Not that hard. If there were more Members and more vices, like 1 leader, 10 vices and 100 members, then I would understand.

I don't really y u couldn't just send each vice and leader a letter if it's sooo important then take the time to send it to each person

Yeah you can do that, but its still would be easier, and if they really wanted they could just implement a multiple receiver list that you would send to, this would be able to send to multiple out side of alliance as well.

I think it would be a good idea to be able to send group messages to leaders and vices.

All good leaders should communicate often with their team and not having to copy and paste several times a day would be much more time efficient.

is it possible to even make it so that all the leaders and vice have their own separate chat so that they can communicate more quickly when they happen to be online at the same time??

I prefer to have these discussions outside of Haypi .. so do a lot of players.

For every alliance I have been in there has been a specific group on Palringo messenger, by which members can communicate. You could simply make one of these for your leadership team to discuss in a group (not only in letters) what you need to.

I am aware of what palringo is and last I checked this was a suggestion forum for haypi not a advertising forum. I would much rather send a letter in game instead of trying to catch the others online and tell them to go check their pal account. I am trying to suggest things to make Haypi more user friendly, and not have to go to apps like pal to communicate with others.

I feel you, this wouldn't be a bad feature to add in. As a leader, I'm constantly copying and pasting new documents to send send send and it gets so tedious and time consuming (let alone typing them in the first place). Those who say "If its so important, just take the time to copy and paste 5 times" are obviously not busy enough leaders and simply don't feel the pain.

I, personally, would like to see an in-game notes section that I can copy and paste my alliance documents into as leaving the game constantly, scrolling over to the notes app, waiting for it, copying, go back, go to letters, then paste... gets so annoying to do all day. If only I could go to a "notes" tab, copy, letters, paste and done. Maybe some day....
