the market needs update

i love haypi but the market is really boring compared to what it easy could be..
my server the market prices are
wood 0.03 G
stone 0.01G
Iron 0.04 G
crop 0.03 G

Haypi dont go furter down so u cant trade wood for lets say 0.037..

that meens the market prices are pretty much pre set and therfore not really competetive..

i suggest selling resources in boxes.. feks 1 box of wood = 100 wood..
in simple math that should change the price from 0.03 to 3.00 for 1 box.. that give the players the option to have fun and manipulate the market.. eks selling 1 box of wood for 2.95.. simply give the market some life..

the only problem i can see with this is for a totally new player he might not be able to sell hes 75 wood.. but really this problem is maybe the first 3 hours ingame where the big market issu is stuck with rest of us forever..

oh this is my suggestion..

have fun

edit:
please agree, disagree or come up with a better selution :P

Edit again:

ok so far i got 3 people anwsering this.. 2 disslike 1 like..

no one got any other suggestion to this?

as Nathan05 said better than me
"ok maybe the price could be listed in packs of 100 but then there is a possibility that the price could drop further than it already is im not a great fan of this sorry"

list prices in packs of 100.. thats all im asking for.

Re: the market needs update

I like the idea of playing around with the market. However all in all prices of resources will inevitably lower as more come into the game.
For Better or for worse.

you cant really mess with economics like this whichever action you take will always be couteracted by someone else so would not work
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Re: the market needs update

Hi, I have read this and good suggestion. and I want to suggest if we can trade our gold and silver chests, that we get from hunting and daily gift. there is option to buy them but no option to sell them.

Thanks

if this is true then the market just need a update even more..

im sorry but the market is really dead boring in haypi...

i dont see how a simple change can ruin that much..

my exsamble was to change the minimum ammount from 1 to 100. thats just everything x 100.. no secret trick..

please explain so i get it :P

another idea could be to simply allow us that last number.. right now the its 0.00- end... they could make it 0.000.. s0 prices could be 0.051...

well all im trying to is make the market alittle more alive and competetive..

im not sure i understand this? :P

if ur scared that people will drop prices lower than yours thats excatley the point of this.. make the market alive.. buy sell at right times.. like a real market..

right now all the prices are kinda preset.. iron prices goes from 0.03 to 0.04.. thats dead boring :P

Re: the market needs update

Yes the prices will once again drop down to the same price they are now but in a different way it swings around due to the fact that there is no differentiation. Prices are set by supply and demand. Nothing we can do will affect that

i do understand that prices will vary.. and that is not the problem..
the problem is the market is boring and the prices is pretty much always the same..

my eksamble again.
1 wood = 0.03

put 100 of those same wood into 1 box..

the price should now be around 3.00 for that box.

but since a market is about selling and buying people will now be able to sell the box of 100 wood for 2.95 or 3.13 or what ever.. since it contains 100 of those same wood that cost 0.03 (0.03 x100 = 3.00)

it is a big difference for a trader if he is playing with numbers that vary from 0.03 to 0.02 OR number that vary from maybe 3.90 to 1.90.

big big difference and
wupti the market became alive and the prices diddent really change only vary alittle.

im NOT asking for higher prices im asking for a market that is alive and competetive.. some people do enjoy trading more than fighting those people are bored in haypi.

i dont think i can explain it any better. its not like anything really change u would still be able to sell 1000 wood it would just be called 10 boxes of wood. prices would be pretty much the same..
