Adding Security Measures

The first post a user makes on the forum should be validated by a mod or an admin before it is posted. This would really help stop spammers as most of them aren't smart enough to make their first post good.

Another fail by ahmedudid... *pops collar and dances* btw if YOU didnt encourage them tey wouldnt spam... Another thing is mods work VERY HARD as it is this wuld only add more work onto them... Remember they arent payed any extra for bein mod...
