Ongoing Connection Issues Ignored

I have no idea where to post this. I was sent to Support forums by my server Expert because I was posting about this in WC. It is not being adequately addressed so I'll try here:

To Haypi Support

I am writing on behalf of several members who have not gotten the support they need from you.

Most of us are experiencing connection problems. In the last week alone, at least half a dozen members of my Alliance lost connection during critical battle moments, costing them Prestige and resources. Most of them have purchased coins.

They all report that they've informed you of their connection problems and all have received the same response: It's just them, an isolated glitch, no one else is complaining of the same problems.

You accept our money, you have glitchy servers and a glitchy game, you don't reimburse players for our lost resources and Prestige, and then you lie to us and tell us the problems are not caused by Haypi.

Stop lying to your customers. Give us the customer support we pay for. Correct these problems. Reimburse players who have lost Prestige and resources because of your failure to build and support a stable app on stable servers.

I have no choice but to down rate this app.



According to my Server Expert (server 51) Haypi is reimbursing people, yet none of my alliance members are being reimbursed for lost resources.

Why the lies?

Accepting money and failing to provide the service promised it stealing.

You are very well justified in everything that you are saying. Do keep these things in mind though. Haypi is fairly new to android phones and even newer still to windows phones. there will be bugs. I personally think they rushed the windows release, judging from other complaints I've seen. That being said, they are probably really, really busy trying to fix/reimburse each individual as well as trying to fix the big bugs as soon as possible. You and your friends should expect reimbursements or coins if you rightly deserve it, but don't expect it as soon as you hope for. I will send a copy of your post to kingdomsupport@haypi.com also. I hope everything works out soon.

Thank you that someone finally responded! (You responded quickly here but we've gotten the run around everywhere else.) What you just said is not what my Alliance members were told when contacting Support. They were flat out told there was no problem on Haypi's end.

I don't know how many aren't using Apple products. I am using iPod Touch 4 and have come very close to having the same problems but so far have been lucky.

I'm still very concerned about Haypi's response to this. Not that it will take time. That's fine. But that the incidences are "isolated".

Further, I am now extremely concerned about my Server's Expert and how they handled my questions and concerns. I was told in no uncertain terms to not discuss the issue on WC even though many users are having problems that directly affect game play. The Expert refused to clarify why it was not allowed to be discussed on chat and accused me of "bashing" them. Our Expert allows racist and sickeningly inflammatory remarks but shuts me down for raising a legit concern about the game?!?

Haypi has repeated denied problem with their game, even when it seems clear that there are some. Not my favorite thing about them, but they did make a great game, so I'm able to forgive them that lol. Also remember that experts must tell people what Haypi tells them to. So try to have patience with them. Many times they are just the messenger, so don't shoot!

I should make clear that I am no expert and all the things I have said are my own opinions. I have no "inside" information, just stuff I've gleaned from playing the game and exploring the forums.

PS No expert should be allowing racist or inflammatory remarks. Feel free to take screen shots and send them to kingdomsuppot@haypi.com, but remember also that this will add to their workload and make other things go slower, so don't go crazy with it.

Thank you!! I sincerely appreciate yor responsiveness and the information.

I just want to clarify, I wasn't giving the Expert a hard time. I was just trying to understand why it was inappropriate for WC. 
