Ongoing Connection Issues Ignored

I am writing on behalf of several members who have not gotten the support they need from you.
Most of us are experiencing connection problems. In the last week alone, at least half a dozen members of my Alliance lost connection during critical battle moments, costing them Prestige and resources. Most of them have purchased coins.
They all report that they've informed you of their connection problems and all have received the same response: It's just them, an isolated glitch, no one else is complaining of the same problems.
You accept our money, you have glitchy servers and a glitchy game, you don't reimburse players for our lost resources and Prestige, and then you lie to us and tell us the problems are not caused by Haypi.
Stop lying to your customers. Give us the customer support we pay for. Correct these problems. Reimburse players who have lost Prestige and resources because of your failure to build and support a stable app on stable servers.
I have no choice but to down rate this app.
According to my Server Expert (server 51) Haypi is reimbursing people, yet none of my alliance members are being reimbursed for lost resources.
Why the lies?
Accepting money and failing to provide the service promised it stealing.
