Server 57 needs late night expert bad

So I have noticed the experts on my server seem to be teens and go to bed like school kids would. Trouble is when this happens the rif-raff comes out and starts swearing/slang/sexual chatting. I would nominate myself for the task but according to your rules I can't do that. So I don't care who it is but can we get a late night (pst here from 11pm - 4am) expert to hand out warnings/mutes? I personally would volunteer to be an expert WITHOUT the privileges that come with the job if nothing else but to be able to clean up the late night chat.

Wasn't sure exactly where to post this subject but it is a direly needed suggestion for my server.
