Not enough experts

I hope this doesnt get locked but we have nowhere bear enough experts. The experts we have can only cover a short amount of tine which means 20+ hours of no expert. (If there is something wrong with this topic please pm me). We need people to nominate experts or support to choose more

Re: Not enough experts

please be patient, support will take care of it, you just gotta give them time.

Have you messaged your in game support for your sever? try that, as it is sometimes faster. in the mean time, take screen shots, and mail them to haypi at kingdomsupport@haypi.com, with a description of what happened. also send them your username for that server, the server number, in the description section of the email.

doing that will also help keep the rule-breaking low.

and if you really want a new expert, i recommend going to the nominations part of the forum (for YOUR server) and nominate someone

that picture is his signature youll notice so technically you have dragged it off topic by not mentioning about the original article.

we are suffering the same issue on s106 some of our 'experts' are self confessed inactives with only 1 fully active expert. it just seems a bit ridiculous
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

waas it necessary to point the blame, there, ol' nate?

i think thats why someone suggested a head expert, who is on all the time, and can choose the experts for his server. but i think thats why haypi has support.

No blame just saying. Pointing out the obvious. Now the head expert thing is interesting because naturally one expert will take charge and the experts will look up to this one expert so it is sort of unnofficial ATM lol

Re: Not enough experts

well, im not saying i agree with the thought, but discussing it, is just going to take us down an off topic path, (of which you always want ME to pm you... but messages work 2 ways).

i think though, in the issue of not enough experts, it is the case at the start of servers, and although i dont always agree with whom they make expert, i also believe that it doesnt matter, since the experts all do their job, some more than others, BUT, i think there should be a certain amount of time put in to playing/ monitoring chat, per week, such that experts themselves are moderated.
