S113 banned

Hey Haypi support

I'm lu46. I have no idea what happen. I have sent support a couple emails and no reply. I seen in forums there were emails sent out to the players that were banned. I never received this email and to make sure I have checked my emails a couple times. I never even got a reply from support when I emailed them and I'm asking haypi or Jessica please get back to me. The players in my server that know me, knows I worked hard to get to the level I was at and I do fallow the rules. I'm not sure what has happen but I hope haypi or Jessica will look into this and send me a email.

Please note we will not ban anyone before we have enough solid evidence that the player has broken the in game rules severely.

You say that. But haypi has been known to give banned accounts back for mistakes.

I can vouch for lu46 he was a good player and am honest one too. You even know that because that's why you made him expert.

Heya Moses! And I agree about Lu getting to that level with alot of hard work but I don't know why he got banned in the first place so I cannot say if he is guilty or not guilty.
