Pvp prize... anyone not received it?

I haven't received mine. I'm talking about the pvp round that ended last month not the one just finished.

Have contacted support several times n I feel like I'm being ignored. Lol. No replies to my emails.

Anyone having a similar problem?

You don't receive pvp prices straight away, there is a review process, you will receive it soon, definitely before the next round starts.
