If Support allows me to re-acquire my place as an expert and mod I would gladly lend my legendary(lol) experience and skill once again. But it's all up to the powers above.

Yeah Rico! it's ridiculous! I've seen 4 shadow mutes and I've gotten letters asking my "opinion" of them by 3... 2 where un-justified all together, 1 deserved at least a warning and the last one was an definitely a instant-mute.
