This company rips off paying customers without looking at the full details of the situation. I would quit now if I were you and not spend anymore money.

And why havent you quit if dislike haypi so much?

I was awaiting a response from support. They told me since I bought coins using papaya points, obviously all of my equipment enhancements weren't legit. I have since then deleted the app, and will not return. This is my final post on this forum. I recommend you do the same before something similar happens to yourself, if you even spend money.. They're continually losing players anyway due to poor server performance and horrible customer service.

There was recently a glitch in which players who bought coins using Papaya points received far more than they should have; Haypi rightfully removed the unfairly gained coins and all bonuses that were attained from them.

Can you people not read? LOL.. I said that I had the enhancements PRIOR to the papaya points incident. They gave me enough stones to enhance my items IF there was a 100% success rate.. which there obviously isn't therefore they're love crooks. I used my papaya points to warp, increase my VIP past what I had, and enhance my crops past the month that I had in each city. If I used the papaya points to max enhance my items, I wouldn't be complaining because I wouldn't have had my money stolen from me..

Even if their was a glitch haypi inc. should leave the coins as they were given, because it is their sole fault. If you walk into a store, and the price tag says 19.99, but the register shows it as 39.99, they are not going to charge your the full price, because it is their fault.

And Arythy, try to think with your own mind. I respect you, but how can you say 'rightfully'? Did they give papayas back? NO!

Problem is they took my papaya coins AND my itunes coins!!!!

Atleast give me my itunes coins back!!!
