Banning

How would I be able to talk to support about my ban? I feel it was needed... But not forever, I have not been muted in at least a month before ban...

Ok Ty dev, is there any way to shorten time? I know I deserved ban but I don't think forever 

You will have to talk to support about that.

Is it a chat ban? or game ban? and is it a forum ban that gives you the forum title :BAnned?

It is a chat ban, it is not a forum ban and No^ I dont have the white on my name saying that I am banned 

Permanent mute bans are irreversible. Atleast that is what support told me.

You can letter support by going to General-->Management-->Scroll down-->Contact support team. If the ban IS actually irreversable,You can get a new device and make a new account or you can level up to level 10 and do the "Create new account" task,which will give you a new account to chat on.

One, you didn't really need to tell him how to contact support, that was already done. Two, do not make another account to chat on, you would just be braking the do not avoid a mute/ban rule.
