The coolest name on S17 is definately 'Cheaters'.
Just my opinion, others may have another suggestion.

The 5 dumbest alliance names on S17 (according to my opinions) is:
1: girlscouts (seriously, that name is only making boys humpy)
2: Axe (ok, wth does an Axe have to do with an alliance?!)
3: $.$ (Dollar dot Dollar, if it's a smiley, then it's ugly)
4: Grendel (This is Haypi, not Beowulf)
5: Peace (What if I claim war to you, what are you gonna do?)
