Something has to change

Figured y'all should know. I know you're aware that many people are quitting. Most enjoyed it more before mines came and think that y'all just did it to make more money, the server shut down makes alot of people want to quit. Your game is getting ruined it used to be spectacular. There oughta be some kind of thing that support gives to every active player like maybe just a few coins. Doesnt mean much to the big coin spenders but means the whole world to the little ones. Probably not on your highest priority but you gotta remember without the little guys the big ones won't play, also should be able get 1 coin from lvl 1 chests, 2 from 2 and so on since that skill is wasted once you reach like level 8 and realize it.. Haypi doesn't listen to players much.. Another thing, what would be the harm in giving coins out more in daily gift? Maybe one in every 20? That wouldn't kill y'all. Haypi you need a wake up call. I've played since server8 and seen friends come and go. Tried new servers and that worked until you all got more and more greedy for money! If you listened to players maybe you'd realize stuff that needs a tweaking! Not just for your benefit but for ours.

I love the game but I'm not a fan of generic almost computer generated support responses.

horrible isnt the word I would use but I would say it they just need to throw some I'm an actual person into some of their stuff

Also gotta take into account how many people agree but don't post that. And remember that even though you'll be right. It won't get changed unless everyone that's ever played the game speaks their mind

I think everyone agrees with this.

They're making money still even though many of my friends have quit that spend thousands of dollars.. If it were me I'd make a simple change to save myself $100..

We are very sorry about it. But it is due to the blackout and haypi is also a victim in this issue.

Also forgot to mention how when someone letters support, they only reply to one easy issue.. Like what just happened right above this..
