My account got hacked and haypi won't sort it out

I am the owner of rhanock. (obvious or I wouldn't be speaking through it right now). But I can't get online through the game. I have asked haypi multiple times if they can sort this out and give me a new password. They refuse to beleive I am the owner. And I have no way of getting onto the original email.

So you are saying you can not use the retrieve password feature?
Or you lost your email account and now use a different address(not the one you used when you started haypi). If the latter is the case you may be able to recover this email password.

If all else fails Try to pm one of the supports or Thomas on the forums or email KingdomSupport@Haypi.com

your password to the forums and in-game is the same... so if you cant get on then its not that your accounts been hacked it may just be that you are typing wrong...
other than that if you dont have access to the original email address you started the account with then there is pretty much no way for haypi to ensure that you are who you say you are and wont send an email...

if you have lost the email account and cannot use the in-gmae password reset then there is not alot more you can do....


i figure since your posting here then it may be problem with your devices connection to the internet, or you may be banned.i hope this provides more details

My account on 89 was hacked I gave haypi support my email, password, details about my account that only I would have known. And have not heard back from them they asked about my email I said yes it was mine and that's all they have said... Now they are saying that's wasn't the email on the account and that was it... I think it is ridiculous that "we" have spent so much time and money on this game and they won't help us out at all...
Don't get me wrong I love this game I have been playing it for over a year now but when your account gets hacked then they should be able to send password to the original email used to create the account, the first thibg hackers will do is change password followed by email...

Try to gain access back to that original email or the email you used when setting it up. This is really the only way that haypi can verify who you say you are. Sorry if this causes any problems for you, you can always start a new account if they cannot get this one back. I know starting over is hard but if you get into s122 with your new account contact me and I'll help you get started k
