is it possible to see an email sent/received even after its been deleted?(also for internet history) cuz my dad claims to be able to do that and im just wondering if its possible, and if so how?

well on gmail there is a little icon in the top right corner and it looks like a green potion. There is a "lab" there and it makes it possible. There are many other ways that I don't care to explain.
