Support and mods

Just curious do you guys check your pm's as I've sent numerous pm to mods and support regarding a certain issue and can see that they are online at time of sending but don't get replys.

Because there is nothing we can do, the decision has been made and there is no further point in rehashing the issue over an over.....I'm sorry for your loss but next time, be more viligent.

So the privacy rule doesn't apply to support? I just can't understand how they are able to justify sending a password to another persons email address that wasn't the original email used on sign up. It would be like sending your credit card Lin number out to someone who found your credit cardthat you lost . No organization with a quality assurance system in place would allow that to happen. You say that you cannot do anything about ut and I can u derstand that as your just an expert( one of the decent ones from what I've seen) on the forums spearsink, so I've taken the matter to admin.

And after that if I'm still unsuccessful, I'll look into my options regarding informing outside media via gaming reviews gaming blogs ect ect.

You can change the email if you have the password....ok? I suggest you drop it

Spearsink the password was sent not to my email address it was sent to the other player because he lied and convinced support that he was the original holder. This is the issue. No ip checks just took his word as it a being true. No not going to drop it . HE DIDN'T HAVE MY PASSWORD UNTIL SUPPORT supplied it to him via his email not mine. Can you understand this

I understand the inside info made available to me, I know all the details....I'm trying to save you some time and trouble here....you are tarnishing a very large company name...and making threats....stop before it's too late dude

I don't think support would do that. (sorry for butting in, but I had to do something to edit my previous post)

Also spearsink if you know all the inside information would it be better to reply to my pm and explain it fully to your understanding as I may have not been told everything. And to the user above yes this has gone off topic

Mabey I shouldn't say anything but. I was given an acc by a friend and it became and alliance acc basicly. Us vices knew the password. And so did the leader and 1 non vice he didn't want to be a vice he was an orignal vice though. We don't know wat happened to it but it's being hacked or some 1 did something like this and chaned the password.
It seems all to simple to me. Wat was to take though with my situation it's lvl 11 no coins or forts practically no army so y take it.
