is server 16 supposed to be open?

i somehow got in the dang place>.> with a friends ipod and 4 hours ago! nobody was there. i will post screens when my ipod is out of dfu...

Someone just told me it was open, but I had two friends make an account and they got into server 15

s16 is really open >.> though you have to get really lucky just to get in it xD
