Coin problems. Please help. Thanks

Hello haypi support/admin. I purchased a 5$ coin package in haypi dragon and did not receive them. I thought I had messed up and tried again with the 1 $ package and still nothing. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Yea tried that, same exact issue, no results! When it clears my bank, I will be calling apple to have the charges reversed.

I also have the same problem, and i emailed support like three days ago and still didnt get a reply. Bought the 750 coins package too, and a 5$ again to double check if coins were stuck lol, i know its a stupid logic!

Can an admin at least reply to us here? Apple already sent me the billing mail, and still no goods.

My in game name is Imperatore, world 7. I also have the same name account on haypi kingdom, but i forgot the password, which is why i used this account to log in.

soon? As in the next few hours? As in sometime today? Sometime this week? So frustrating! I tried a couple times, unfortunately, to buy coins, as I thought I had done something incorrectly in making the purchase. Frustrating not getting them and waiting for days for the problem to be remedied.


BTW, I noticed the "announcement" regarding coin purchase after I had already made more than one attempt to purchase, therefore, I do not want to make a purchase through paypal, as I will be charged again for coin purchase, and I dont want the headache of going through iTunes to cancel the purchase attempts in game.
