But my chat doesn't work and I have checked settings to see if my chat is turned on and it was. I have restarted my device and nothing. So I'm not sure what's going on and I never received a message from support. So I'm not sure what's going on.
This is my opinion any action against my opinion can and will be used against the person or persons who are the action takers against my opinion.

Then yes if you have recently used foul language or spamming users or of any sort you are most likely muted if this last for over a day be sure to contact support directly

Tested and confirmed that there's no problem with your chat and you are not chat banned either.
Please note that a 15 seconds interval has been set up to avoid spamming etc. (does not apply to VIP, VIP does not have this limitation)After 15 seconds you are able to chat again. Please wait and try again

Thanks support and I'm VIP so no 15 sec wait for me. Lol my chat eventually started working again I just kept restarting app and device couple times and then didn't log in for a couple hrs.
