Kicked, Not in Room, Etc

First, I would like to say hats off to haypi for giving us higher level folks the opportunity to fight each other between servers, it is awesome to no longer need to slay 50 noobs to get one good fight. That said, for the love of all that is holy please fix the lag, kicking, dc problems plaguing this game. I kid u not on server 9 we literally get kicked 5-6 times before we can actually play a match. I cannot comprehend how a game that makes so much money through in app purchases can have so many issues. Please fix it, I want to enjoy pvp not spend an hour trying to play a match.

I hate being forced to play with other servers. I think that the pvp server option was much better. Let those who love it, such as yourself, have the opportunity to play other servers and those who hate it, me, just play their own server.

I've gotten kicked all but in 2 of my games. It's frustrating and I agree that it should be immediately fixed. Please, pay attention support.

I agree about not having a normal server to do boss in if you prefer.

I have been kicked out of 6 devil rooms half way through! I get the "Not in battle" BS. I have restarted app and device. I think it is getting worse as time goes on. Not to mention you can't communicate with other servers in boss room. I had 2 newbs in different rooms that (I hope) didnt know not to kill TB.

Makes for a long day trying to complete boss levels.
Yes I do password rooms for just our server but it still kicks you when least expect it.

I used to enjoy pvp. But when the new version came out it lost all of it's fun for me. I think it should go back to two channels. Yours and the pvp channel. That way you can choose what servers you fight against. And as for the pvp bugs that are happening now that really aggravates me. It makes me madder then a one legged ethiopian watching a doughnut roll down hill. I hate getting kicked when you try to pvp.

To answer this original post though, this feature was a beta that got released before it was completely done I think. Atleast thats the only solution that I can think of.


And it really isnt a question of money. Servers are tangible pieces of hardware that require massive amounts of data and energy. With my limited knowledge of computer science I cant even imagine how they run a combined server 24/7 in real life time simultaneous to our individual servers. It gives me a headache just thinking about it.


For the time being, we are guinea pigs for this new feature. But it will work itself out in time I'm sure. Haypi kingdom is patient with us, so we should be patient with them.

Keep in mind... this is support, not developers. All these employees you see here can only forward our input to the developers.

I would tend to disagree. I know quite a bit about computer science. In fact I have my own server at home to share my movie library wirelessly throughout my home. That said it can be done and it is a matter of quality programming and hardware which all boils down to money. I like the feature but they need to do a better job controlling the quality of their products. This just screams sloppy rushed work. I know it's harsh but that is the reality.
