Bonus coins with coin purchase

To all of you that bought a coin pack expecting to get 100 bonus coins, Haypi are trying to back pedal out of the one-time-only dealthey made with each of us that got suckered in!! They are trying to get a new update v1.51 thru apple as we speak to cover over the "TRANSLATION ERROR" not to mention the multiple bugs glitches and total FUCK UPS haypi are becoming known for!!!

Write to Apple iTunes, make an offical complaint, and lets get this fixed. If enough of us make offical complaints or ask for refunds from to Apple, the overwhelming weight of pissed of customers will make Apple have to act!!

This is a clear breach of contract, many of of us have the advertising banner screen shot, there is no misunderstanding there.

I also have contacted Haypi, and unhappy with their total BS response contacted iTunes and made an offical complaint. We cant let Haypi screw us over like this!! The more unhaypi voice that are are heard the better!!

Everyone please write itunes support about this. The scrolling message clearly states if you buy coins, no matter what coin package, you will get 100 coins.

Hapyi support said to me, the gift recharge package is worth 100 coins...lol...

I can assure you...its not. Besides the point of that lame response. We have a clear case of a false purchase. Please write now, especially if you bought a coin package.

and will be fixed in the next update v1.51 which should be in the app store anytime now

Thats not what they said to me. They told me there was no 100 coin bonus..which clearly it says. Then they told me the items tha came with the purchase was worth 100 coins. Ahem....yea okay....

Anyways. I contacted itunes, they refunded me. Im not waiting for an update , which by the way, will take forever.

Took itunes 12 hours to look my case over and declare it a bum purchase. I suggest you all do the same if u bought the coins.

What email address did you use for itunes? Id like to send to same place everyone else has, or is.

Just write itunes support. Sign into your account and explain to them what happened. Include your order # with your in app purchase. Its under contact support in your itunes account.
