Mp usage in pvp

Im lost how is it a player can use their mp and i use none yet they still get first next round. Its not because my agility its maxed as is my dragon.

Way i see it haypi put this system in for strategy but seems the symstem doesnt work

Hey mini, if you both use same mana but other has higher agil the other person will start in the next round aswell.

this can happen only if you already start first in that round
What's happening is you are not keeping record of what round is it and who started first on the current round and when you assume you can get 2 turns u actually won't cuz u already start first but u just lost the count

I've been playing pvp a lot and my dragon is also maxed and I've never encountered any issue with who starts when. Anyway if not the case can u please give more details like who u were against (username) so we can figure out what dragon level he/she is and what did you do on the rounds before

I use lava and devil, but this is besides the point. What your failing to read is the other players walk and power up their dragon i use 000000 mana meaning no power up no volley or quickshots and no walking and the other player still keeps going first. Say a leshy goes first in the first round moves and powers up. Then on my turn in the first round i dont move or power up the leshy still goes first on the second round. Does this clear up my concern on pvp and mp usage?
