Wtf?

What just happened in this last maintenance? I've played a bunch of pvp and noticing damage that's way off from what it's supposed to be and mysteriously moving spots when turns change. Also seen a large wooden block break from a bat shot, there's no way a single bat shot breaks a large piece of wood.
