Haypi Support - Complete Failure
I would normally start off with some butt kissing comment telling all about how much I love Haypi and everyone here. But let's face it, they don't care, you don't care, and we all know what I think about this money grubbing gong show these days. (see iTunes reviews for details.)
Communicating is one of your biggest problems, dearest Haypi. For starters, its safe to say Michael J Fox can draw a straight line better than you can use English. However, after using Google translate to change Jibberish to English, it is still apparent that you do not talk TO EACH OTHER.
I'd like to share with everyone, the reason behind such long delays between updates, bug fixes, and the overall poor quality of service Haypi provides their faithful Dragon tamers.
After Haypi's incompetence caused a severe bug in the release of an update: Lv4 Chests for 200 silver (Incase anyone forgot) which caused a number of players to reap more rewards than every single die-hard Tamer who spent hours farming or their own money to coin boss rewards since they started playing this game, I requested all my forum posts to be removed. My reasoning was simply to give back what I inturn received - nothing. So here's the result.

Hello Dragon Support,
Please delete my forum account, and all posts related to that account effective immediately.
Sincerely,
Kelsey

You can edit your post on forum by yourself.
Well, alright then. I spent an hour going through 300 posts, deleting all the ones I could, and while they do not offer a delete option to posts once another user has commented I simply put "This post has been removed." Fair, right? No harm done. I get what I want, doing it the way I was told.
Then I get this, THREE weeks later:

Subject: Hi
Dear player
Recently most of your posts have become "This post has been removed. " Did you delete them? That looks like spammer. If you deleted them, please stop doing that. Thanks.
Regards
Winona
Seriously? You have how many problems with the game, and you can't effectively communicate with the developers the severity of the bugs requiring immediate attention, yet you'll take the time to tell me NOT to do what I was told to do? Are you out of your ****ing minds.
Not only is it my right to choose what I wish to share or remove, how do you think other players feel knowing that this is where your priorities are? How many emails are actually being relayed to the developers? Who is really on the other end?
I bet the developers will never see this, and they will never really understand the failures of the support system. It's an injustice to the players. I' would normally ask Haypi support to please show this to the developers.. But ha, your asses would get rightfully fired. Unless I mention money. Money? He said Money. For us? Money.
