Haypi's token of appreciation was the fix? If so then that was crap, ppl that got the chests got the gifts too, so what kind of compensation is there? I'm sure it didn't matter to chest buyers since they probably don't really need it after their little shopping spree. And as far as it being a good thing for better competition in pvp, that's the dumbest thing I've heard! They already give lowers a chance with double turns. I've worked hard and spent money to get the 5 oj in my dragon, but you're okay with them basically giving it away to players who took advantage of the mistake? No way is it fair that they are full oj while I've spent months grinding, bossing & pvp to get stones and still not full oj on my main dragon while these ppl probably got more than one dragon full oj because of the mistake.

Yes it is unfair but I think they have also put in the new reward thing for the mistake not to sure, also no I don't think it's ok for them to give but in all honesty it's happened and will probably make them think about stuff before putting it into game. Yes you may think I am stupid for my comments but i don't mind

Myself and many other long term high lvl players have now taken a break from this game and moved on to other games far better. It's sad that after playing since its release in nov/dec that I've only seen 4 synths . I've coined bosses many times , purchased chests and played faithfully to not be anywhere near compensated like the chest glitch many have now taken advantage of . Many now have bragged n posted ss of over 200+ chests purchased and on multiple servers they play on. They've also posted ss of multiple drags now being full oj from this mishap.

The reward I personally received is nowhere near what shoudve been done . I'm sorry but 10 months of play and I get cheesy rewards that even the chest glitchers got. Seriously not worth remaining in game for this. Can't even update to make it satisfying and rewarding to play for us long term high lvls ... It's so boring and then do this mishap on top of it. Are u really on business to make an exciting game for all or just so focused on getting new players only. Double turns for lowers, cap remains same , nothing exciting new to do . Learn from all ur faithful players maybe you'd have much more positive feedback in forum than all the negative.

I agree with Mskitty. Anyone who defends this reward as fair compensation for the lvl 4 chest mishap..is on drugs. Im sorry...but what are you smoking?

I have been on here just as long. I have seen 3 lvl 4 syth stones and everytime I play the stones are few and far in between.

A break is in order. There are far better games out there besides this one who treat their players better.

Support you are charging 200 coins for a lvl 4 chest... And you're telling us you installed nothing to track these purchases? So in case of some mishap there would be no way to correct it? So if I happened to purchase one of these ridiculously overpriced chests and for some reason did not receive it then too bad I'm out 200 coins? Or maybe I could buy one and say I didn't receive it and get more cuz you can't track them right?

Hey support get your head out of your ass and compensate us appropriately. Haypi has ruined this game. Either give us all hundreds of purple chests or just ban those than took an advantage or glitches. In the rules it says that using glitches to benefit ones self is ban able. I recommend fixing this soon before everyone gets refunds for money they spent on this game.
