Registration email problem.
Hi guys,
I'm having a rather large problem. I've been emailing support but it's down to one email a day so not going anywhere fast.
I have set up an account on the same server as a friend (server 4).
In doing so I have started again obviously.
The problem lies in that I forgot signed into my old account to show him how Lava played like and then bought coins thinking it was my new account.
So emailed support and they said if I provided :
My new account name = bigbadsheep2
Registration email: sam.caswell@hotmail.co.uk
Server : 4
The account the coins were bought on by mistake =
Username: BigBadSheep
Server: 3
And a copy and paste of the proof of purchase email from ITunes.
I've done all this, they said they would be able to switch the coins to the right account which is sweet.
The problem lies in they are now asking me for the registration email I used when setting up BigBadSheep (old account). Of which I have no idea as it was months ago..
Any idea's??
It's only £6.99 of coins it's just frustrating to be so close and getting nowhere
