About haypi dragon on server 4

Hay I play haypi dragon on server 4 and my user is liamstar on the game and my acc has been hacked and destroyed and lost all my chests and haypi cash and coins and my lvl 3 an 2 stones is there any help I've sent out 15 messages and haven't got change password yet and plz any ideas ????
