Action ability

How do you increase your action score? Mine is currently 122, but I haven't seen it go up the last few times my dragon has leveled up. I am almost always second shot in PVP, which means my action is lower than my opponent, but I don't know how to increase it. I have a blue agility stone, but haven't found a blue synthesis so I can create a purple one since the update.

there is a stone (agility) that looks like a paw or a foot of a dragon probably so ya increase the lvl of that with synth and that will increase your action.
get stone and synth just by luck and chance on spin wheel or randomly after being boss lvls usually
