Will Haypi Dragon become not free anymore?

I have heard some talk about haypi making the game not free anymore after the countdown timer reaches zero (like on the tree activity and map pieces). can anyone explain what the countdown means for these? as i alreaqdy pay for coins every now and then and haypi would really lose my support if they also charged for regular game usage.

Haypi will always be free!

I mean how wouldnt it.
Its suppose to make you Haypi when you find a really fun game that you can spend hours on knowing that its free.
And plus i blew around $400 usd on this game.
Haypi will never stop making money if im spending this kind of money.
