Is Devil weaken than before? I did not even has Volley max level!

Yes when you only have one person versing devil him and his timebombs will be weaker in strength and in hp/ def, the more people in you team the stronger he will get. Have fun soloing him.

The answer to your question is yes all boss lvls have been nerfed

5-45 hasn't be nerfed? They seem to hit same and thy till have same hp when I try solo.
