Crashing on tree

Okay, I love the game haypi but the tree crashes on me then I have cool down? Are you trying to prevent me from getting anywhere on the tree? Sure I'm rank 19 on server 25 of the tree but this is ridiculous trying at the tree, then app crashes, and now I have to wait 2 more hours. Love the game but please fix this because app crashing cannot be counted for a loss. Either make it to where your app doesn't crash or fix the crash cool down on the tree.

I have found that tree crashing isn't due to haypi. The only time I ever crash is when I'm at work where there isnt good connection. Also crash more on my iPod than on my iPhone. So maybe that's your problem.

I think there are few types of crashes on the tree. the one you mentioned which is due to the player internet connection is no 1
the second is due to the haypi server stability. I've lost on the tree many times on branch 1 just because no connection was established between my device and haypi server, this usually happens in the first 20 min after server restarts
Sometimes, the app crashes because you get an invite or an explore is finished. I had this in older versions and didn't get that in the latest one yet.

I'm just speaking from experience so I was just saying what happened with me. Haypi connection has gotten a lot better from the beginning and that is good.
