Still losing pvp points

So I join a match in pvp and right away it says "you win" then exits the match and all I see is my name and my opponents name in red together on the bottom half of the screen and it says we both lost 20 points. That's now 100 points I've lost because of YOU haypi. I'm sick and tired of having to deal with the same problems every single day. I should be at 2280 points minimum and instead I'm at 2180 and in 4th place or somewhere near it. Seriously how about doing your jobs and deliver that "superior gaming expierence" I've heard so much about. I've written you two letters and posted two forum posts about this problem and I still don't have my points back and I still haven't even received a response of any kind. I'm actually putting money into this game and all I get back is you screwing me over in the only part of this game I actually play? Gee thanks you ingrates. Do you people really have your heads so far up each other's body cavities that you don't see you're going to be losing money? I mean seriously Jerry is the only support that even acknowledges our existence on here. If this next update doesn't fix what you claim it will for the 20th time then me as well as the friends I got playing this game, who also put money into it, are leaving and we are taking as many players as we can with us. Either do your jobs for once or you don't get paid, so simple even you can understand it.
