Offline Mode Reset on New Device

I was under the impression that your offline mode progress would stick to your account, just like your online progress is not bound to a single device... On my new phone all of my hard work has been reset and Haypi Support aren't answering my questions.

Offline is just linked to device and is not saved to your profile to move to another device. So sorry mate but you will have to either start again or convince Haypi dragon dev to make it be moved with your main some how.

He is talking about 'Haypi dragon' not haypi kingdom. Note the dragon forums not kingdom
