Inappropriate players/experts/support

I have an account on every server and most are fine but once in a while I'll encounter inappropriate players. It would be great if we actually had experts to mute these people on chat. One player in particular has been especially disruptive lately on server 8. His username is epicant12. He doesn't actually play the game, he just comes on chat to harass people. He claims to be 30 years old (which I seriously doubt considering the things he says, or at least hope he's lying) and comes on chat to sexually harass every girl who's on at the time. Today he was sexually harassing Angi and princess1230, who is 12 years old. I know that he has been reported to support several times in the past by several different players, with screenshots of what he is saying in chat, but nothing has been done. This is a (supposedly) 30 year old man sexually harassing a 12 year old girl. Can something please be done about this??

I do agree, experts or support need to have presence in each server at least once a week if not everyday, or just add a block button, I don't think it's hard to do that

Epicant12 is his name, this chucklehead trolls for people to resond to him. Then he will harass the crap out of you. He especially likes to harass female players but does bug the rainbow out of male players!!!
He bothers me because of lewdness and being a jackass! I have emailed support at least 4 seperate times with SS of text! Still he logs on about 1-2 times a week.These comments are not anywhere as bad as others he has had. And for the life of me I cant find the others.

Wow this guys sound like a real jerk, and will all these players to support it.
I suggest he deserves more than just a mute.

Lol just tell your friends to take a break from the game and troll on him for a while.. I know it feels pathetic to stoop to his level, but an overdose of his own medicine and good number of people disapproving of him verbally , just might do the trick..

Nope, not on this guy, several of us have tried. I think he gets drunk/high, and is lonely and grumpy and then decides to screw with someone, anyone.

When I actually used to play this game I trolled people a lot. Not like this guy but still, 'twas fun. Point is most of the dimwitted players on s7 (mainly the Asians since they're the only ones dumb enough to think this would work) tried to troll me back. Needless to say it didn't work and I still think they're mentally challenged, espically said Asian players cause face it, they're English usually sucks so it gave me more to work with. And now you fell right into this guy's perverted hands all over again because you did the dumbest thing possible: you let him get to you and then made it public. Get on the Internet once in a while and you'll know never to feed the trolls and you're giving this guy a buffet. Just shut up, ignore him, and play the game. I swear no one on this dang game has any common sense.
