Proceed with Caution

So today, I found out that a close friend of mine on server 2, someone well known and loved across many servers has had his/her account banned from HD with little in terms of explaination or recourse. This particular individual has made numerous attempts to resolve this matter and gain access to one very expensive account and has made no progress. I am quite shocked and dissapointed to hear that haypi would treat such a loyal player in this manner.

A warning to the rest of us, just because we paid for it doesnt make the account ours, haypi can and apparently will ban you from your account as they see fit. Perhaps we should think twice before we make another in app purchase.

To the guys at haypi, I am very dissapointed. If I announced who this person was on this forum, there would be outrage across the servers. Of all the people out there one of the few honest ones loses access while others are stealing everything they can from you.

how come i was banned? i received no warnings or reasons why i was banned. i know i may have said some mean things on the behalf of the support team but srsly??? i think i have the right to know why i was banned and you should have told me why i was being banned without me even asking. as for my remarks about this game and its staff, i take nothing back, i was merely expressing my dissatisfaction. should it be THAT surprising? that purple chest glitch was ur worst screw up... so far. you guys are doing a horrible job governing this game, just sayin...

just because nobody told him, does not mean there wasn't a reason. In addition, Link later went on and presented why he may of been banned.

No kitty quit a long time ago I was talking to her on pal she go bored of the game when the 1.5.2v came out
