I honestly doubt you will get expert status if thats what you were aiming for. You arent very active, you a power trip in both s112 chat and pal. Why support hasnt reconsidered your expert status no one will ever know.

Re: Experts

Haypi Dragon does currently have chat moderators. I will not name them here for privacy concerns (it's up to them if they want to be known), but there are two acting moderators (players) in the game at this point.

"Mutes" are in fact permanent chat bans. The two existing moderators are highly responsible and respect the gravity of issuing such a mute; only one mute has been issued to date, and the moderators have the responsibility to notify Support of the mute details so it can be recorded.

Lastly, these moderators are not thusly labeled in chat, or anywhere else in the game.

If there does happen to be chat moderators at some time, I really hope that they aren't chosen from players of the game.

Re: Experts

I'm not an active player so maybe I shouldn't comment...

In all of the games I have played, many of them do not have in game moderators. These games still do fine as long as they have a feature where you can ignore or block other users. Creating in game moderators out of players is often an issue of prejudice, fairness, and gives some unprofessional people some influential power. I don't see why Haypi Dragons needs "Experts" if other games do just fine without them, and simply use support or paid professionals in extreme cases of need.
