I recommend that the mute button is like a 24-hr mute (i.e. the muted cannot post on WC for 24 hours after they got muted).

...But it's 12 hour and an expert can simply re-mute if the offender does wrong, again...

it would have to be per player mute button, I could see experts getting bogged down with BS from people who got muted and emails from support etc. Per person 12 hour mute would be great, I would mute the same jack holes every day!
