Refer not working in different servers HELP PLS!!!

Ok so I made a account on haypi dragon for a friend who's helped me on haypi kingdom so we could play together. Well since she is the one who referred me I figured I'd put her down as refer BUT it keeps saying "Your inviter does not exist" which is false. Her name is KimmyRules with a capital K and a capital R. I know it's correct cause ive seen her SS and also she logged out and in to make sure it was correct. She's on server 3 I'm on server 4 which is another fail but still I'd still like to refer her since she got me playing.

I know from haypi kingdom, support is not so helpful or quick for that matter to help but I figured it would be fixed in the update and it's still not working. I see multiple people have posted this also. I have quit HK due to lack of support don't make me and others like me quit HD due to the same mistakes please. This and all your games are fun but support your customers and they will support your company.

By the way admin I'm playing on a Ipod 4g running IOS 5.0.1 Haypi Dragon version is 1.2 my current name is HA_210417. I haven't changed my name or registered my email due to not being able to refer her and I want a name so please hurry.

My friend I'm trying to refer is KimmyRules she uses a iPhone 3GS on iOS 5.0.1 and uses haypi dragon 1.2 also.

You have to be on the same server for it to work.
Its best to just ask a expert for help or look around at the other posts in this forum, instead of complaining about support.

Eh? You miss the point? As I said, sometimes all it takes is a little work instead of complaining about support. I didn't say that all reasons were bad, as I agree there is some reasons to complain about support, just not this one.

Actually link I have good reason to complain just look how long my post has been up and not one reply by anyone in charge only you a little yes man here to answer. First off I know you need to be on the same server but they was supposed to fix that on the update since obviously you didn't know and came in my thread talking dumb I'll educate you. Secondly what good would it do to have a refer if 70% of the time your friends you invite are obviously going to be placed on a different server which means they cannot refer you. Thirdly and probly the part I get most lulz from is I see your a haypi player on a new server and not a OG server which means your to noobie to come at me with knowledge of haypi. Also by the way I've been a expert on one of my accounts also and I know how badly the players get ignored since I often had to help them to get something fixed myself due to them being ignored.

Eh. They said it in those words? As far as I knew they said it would be fixed in a update. In fact, if you look at thelist of the updates improvements you'll find that its not in there.

Agreed. They need to fix it as soon as possible. (I see nothing that has to do with what I said so I'll leave it at that)

There are LOTS of changes that are not posted in that joke list and nobody cared to inform us about it.
