"Not in Battle"

I have been kicked in middle of a round, not 1st round, by Not In Battle many times since update. It also is getting more frequent. Of course Devil Boss is what i play mostly, and it happens to everyone on server8.

Happens while you are aiming and/or shooting sometimes.

Please look into this, it is frustrating as hell!

I'll add the "not in room"
when you're in a room and you cant do anything (ready, start, etc) and your team gets angry lol. Then you get kicked by the system but you can't create a room and there is a fake you with your team that will not start the game or ready up. In short, you make a dead/inactive room, where people who want to play fall in to a trap of "non-startness" (yes it's a word)

I agree this happened to me for the first time just yesterday it looked as if the other person had dced on me but instead i get kicked
