Key box issue

I've explained to them asking to fix dragon eyrie. I'm only getting lvl bonus, not VIP . The message after 4days? "please explain what you mean". Seriously? What is there to explain?I give up. These ppl are ridiculous. customer support only works when you actually want to help fix problems...

I did get a reply. They told me basically the dragon exp is now calculated into the exp we get for 20coins. I always got 20k or so plus bonus on top. They now say its included. I went from 40coins per 100k to 80. Trying to pull a fast one. I've been coining for 37 levels to get to 39 and almost 40. I do know what I was putting into it. If they wants to slow process of ppl leveling , just announce it. It happened to quite a few of us an we noticed it fast. I definitely know when I'm getting screwed. If i wasnt putting real money i earned into it, itd b ok. This is bs right here. Good luck y'all.

No timeframe for update at all? All u say is wait? How long ? 6 months ? Forever? WE NEED TO KNOW.

in the past few weeks I've been buying gold keys with honor and opening gold chest but the annotation clearly says you will not get lvl 1 stones but you do, 9 times out of 10 you will get lvl 1 stones instead of lvl 2 or 3 etc. Another occasion is how much money you get from NPCing the chest they should be similarly raised to haypi kingdom's price but proportionally raised. Also chest appear more often than keys which are rare. please fix this

Thank you again for the update and I will keep my eye out for the update! Just a FYI I not normally a complainer but I have invested enough money in this game to buy a good used car, I would hope with that kind of investment would be incentive for you to do what needed to be expediant with possible fixes and not the canned response that we have been getting. Thanks again bad news is still better than no news at all. No news just seems like you don't care

if you're referring to the dragon eyrie being fixed, it's not. If you're saying after it was changed and now we don't get bonus and you're going to say we are, then I guess it is. if you wanted to slow us down leveling, atleast tell us. Not just change things and hope noone catches it. We do play with real money in this game, and some of us are good investors. I understand it takes time to fix problems, but I'm sure you guys aren't going to give me back all my money invested, nor the exp I'm missing from this. So please consider the priority on this.
