failure training

i've trained my crystal and roco both with 20 coins 3 times.
but i don't get any EXP which make me feel mad and sad but i can't do anything so i hope the admin can help here.

Using 2nd or 1st slot in eyrie? VIP? Coins used for sure or simply silver? (easy mistake) And if your lieing, may god have mercy

This just happened to me today. It makes me mad lol. My leshy would haave been lvl 18.

The same day it happened to Cinsen it also happened to another player 6 hours later, I dont even think he was on when Cinsen said something. I also have lost xp to training today using silver coins though. I started writing down start xp and finish since Last saturday when it happened to Cinsen.
