ERROR - Support please fix

When my account 'Invalid' on S3, attempts to play 'Secret of Tree' a message pops up saying 'DB error' (database error) and it shows the previous tree, when I click start on floor 1 it says 'Illegal level', please fix!

confirmed with dragon team and this round of Secret of Tree Activity on s3 has ended. Please be patient it'll reopen soon.
