.11% change still means that it's (approximately) 1/950 which are pretty bad odds anyhow

Still better odds than winning the lottery

But yeah, it's somewhere so low that the people who end up making lvl 10 oasis are not trying to in the first place

I heard it's a 0.11% change that an oasis resigned will be level 10 but it's not verified

I incorrectly posted 0.11% in my lv10 oasis guide somewhere on these forums, but actually, vayneglory pointed out it's actually 0.011% chance, which actually makes more sense, considering I've been trying to make these dang oases for over a year now with 0 success...

I was actually referring to Yodac because that's where I first heard the %. He said he was fairly confident in the number.
As well tatsujink once got 2 level 10 oasis with his alliance out of 1 thousand maybe? I forget what the odds were but 0.011% doesn't seem right

not a large enough sampl i have already said this... if it was to be done by maybe 5000 oases then we could be confident in the results...

Well it is highly likely that yodac was quoting me as we have had several discussions on the matter, and i am pretty sure thats why he was convinced on the 0.11%, and I am also confident that tatsujink will also back my opinion as he knows my level of dedication to these types of details.

However, the only thing keeping me from agreeing with Nate is the fact that vayne said it and he had a clear insight on the developers formulae as back in the day they used to actually tell him stuff like this....but it is true, Nate....we woud definitely need a large sample size to truly know for sure.

The problem with large oasis samples is that people end up taking the same one twice, making that test null and void...
