Alliance Games
Hi I have been playing this for a while now and have a few suggestions for alliance leaders that really help out with leveling up lower level members and it helps move your alliance up in the rankings fast.
One thing i do is i try to have games inside of my alliance to encourage my members to communicate with me and each other. The motivation is prizes such as, giving them a level 9 oasis, or making them vice for a day.
My first game was a complete success in that i had over 50% participation. The game was, i set a two day time for everyone to make as many cats as possible and this was a level based game to make it even ie, level 3's would only be competing against other level 3's in my alliance so everyone had a fair chance. This has more than just the benifit of getting your clan to coordinate. By all of my members building cats for the race many of them leveled up from the prestige they received for building cats, some even leveled up twice. For a while i had about 5 members all a level 3 for over a week and that competition leveled most of them up to level 5 or even one to a level 6.
How to give a member of your own alliance a level 9 oasis? Simple, you don't. I have pacts with other alliances and what will happen is i will ask that alliance leader to take an oasis that is near the winner and take all of his men out so he can "give" it to my member at no loss of troops and no loss of prestige, in return i do the same for him. Best of all now the winner gets a oasis that he normally couldn't get on his own and he gets to build up and level up even more.
This is just a suggestion for other people like me because i take in lower levels it doesn't really matter to me because i help them level up, my average member right now is level 7 and i pulled just about everyone in as a level 3 or lower, plus it is fun having everyone participate. I got to know my members on a more personal level and they all know i am there.
